All Jewellery and accessories are Exclusively Designed and Handmade by Catarina Vassalo, consequently small variations in colour and finish may happen, these are not considered flaws.

Care should be taken with the jewellery, do not allow jewellery to get wet.

All sizes and dimension are approximate and in cm and inches.

Delivery Information

Our deliveries are sent out within 2-3 working days of order has been placed, and dispatched with the National Spanish Mail company - CORREOS if you have a special request please contact us.

All orders outside the UK will be advise of postage charges at time of order.


Payments

CVjewellery accepts Card payments via Paypal or UK cheques.

Returns

CVjewellery is under no obligation to credit or refund items after 7 days and all refunds have to be made in writing and you will be credited at the selling price less a handling charge of 20% of that price.

All refund are made through Paypal or Cheque.

Earrings can never be returned.
Always check if your order have arrived in good condition and have not been
damaged in transit.

- If at any time in the future you would like to check the information we are storing about you please contact us for details or a copy.If you would like us to amend or delete this information please advise us accordingly.

- All Credit Card Details will be destroyed after transaction is complete.

- All information held about you will be held under secure conditions in compliance with current legislation.
